A colleague at work has access to a system that provides aerial photographs. He looked up our property and this is what he found – a pictorial story board of our journey from above! The one in January was just days before demolition, and the September 2014 photo 10 days before hand over.
What an amazing find!
The floor has been installed (well, the base boards for the floor to be laid on) with under floor insulation. The ducting for the central heating and the plumbing has been fitted underneath the house, although there seem to be a few missing plumbing points – something to confirm with the builder.
It’s almost time for the frame to go up!
The sub-floor is complete and the plumbers were on site today laying the pipes under the floor.
